What it looks like...
Armed:
You notice a tiny needle with a greenish discoloration on its tip hidden next to the keyhole.
Set off!
With a barely audible click, a tiny needle near the <box>'s lock springs out and stabs you painfully in the finger. Looking at the needle, you notice with horror a greenish coating on the tip.
You are poisoned!
Set off by someone else:
<Person> jerks <his> hand away from the <type> <box> with a muttered curse.
Successfully disarmed:
Working slowly, you carefully bend the head of the needle so that it can no longer spring out from its hidden compartment.
Disarmed (safe):
A bent needle sticks harmlessly out from its hidden compartment near the lock.
Notes:
This trap resets, and can poison you multiple times. This can increase the severity of the poison, so once you set it off, be careful about doing so again.
Glance:
You roll your eyes at the greenish tip of a needle. Standard poison for sure.
