Abnor Mal

When Abis Mal went back in time and Aladdin followed, they met Abis's ancestor, Abnor Mal. Abnor was shifty, but not nearly so much as Abis, who convinced him to try to take over the new city of Agrabah. When they were foiled, Abnor was forced to leave the city and live as a recluse in the desert. This is probably what made him a nasty person, and thus all the Mals after him.

I can only assume that Abnor's voice, like Abis's, was that of Jason Alexander. They sounded very much alike.
