Celene is an elemental. (I've seen her name spelled Saleen on other pages, but I can't confirm their spelling or mine, so I use mine because I like it better.) She lives in and colntrols water. Celene usually takes the shape of a mermaid, though she can form legs when she needs to. Her octopus lackey is Armand. Celene has a crush on Aladdin and is determined to catch him. As a result, she is also jealous of Jasmine's close relationship with him. She is a proficient sorceress, and uses magic to her best advantage (so far, only one or two spells per episode, but good ones, and water-related).
