Malcho

Malcho is definitely one of my all time favorites. He is so awesome, he gives me chills. A giant winged serpent, Malcho lusts for power. He is also strongly driven by a hunger for revenge. Originally from the rain forest where he competed with Thundra for control, Malcho goes where power and revenge will lead him. Malcho can fly, slither, and burrow rapidly. Though he has no magic of his own, he can command it with awesome results (a simple weather amulet enabled him to easily overcome the genie!). Apparently he can withstand extremes of temperature, having been frozen in a solid block of ice and submerged in lava, though not without discomfort. Because of his vow to return, I am very eagerly awaiting a third episode which is very unlikely to be made. This is really a shame; Malcho is truly magnificent.

The first episode was great (despite less-than-stellar animation), but I have to admit, he was twice as impressive in the second, with a deeper voice, less accent, and more tricks up his sleeve. Sinister!

Malcho's excellently evil voice is done by Hector Elizondo, "Chicago Hope"'s own Dr. Phillip Watters.
