Thundra the Rainbird is the ruler of the rain forest. When there was a drought in Agrabah, Aladdin and company went there to bring back some rain. When they met Thundra, she resented their intrusion. Seeing that she liked Iago, though, Aladdin and company "elected" him to seduce her to keep her occupied while they swiped a raincloud. She found out, got mad, and nearly killed them, but still loves Iago. Her pet name for him is "Giblet." He fell in love with her also, but won't admit it to anyone, despite his feelings being obvious. Once she left Iago in charge while she took a vacation. Malcho chose this time to butt in and seize power over the forest. On another occasion, she asked him and Aladdin for help saving the forest from Mechanicles's robotic termites.
